For Banco Macro’s Cuentas Sanas platform, we created two complete families of characters representing different household realities and financial situations.

Starting with concept development and 2D illustration, we defined each personality, relationship, and visual trait before translating the full cast into detailed 3D models and renders.

Across seventeen characters, the project explored familiar moments such as searching for a job, managing finances as a couple, building a better future for children, and making everyday economic decisions.

Together, they became a flexible visual language for the platform, giving everyday financial topics a recognizable human face.
